Mission Statement

Organization is an African American group within the LAPD. OJB fights for equality treatment for minorities. The organization supports community organizations with community problems, participates in recruiting African American into the LAPD, provides financial support for other commnity organizations and provides scholarships for community children. The organization also provides training for members to facilitate promotions.
