THE ORGANIZATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE AND EDUCATION PURPOSES, INCLUDING, FOR SUCH PURPOSES, THE MAKING OF DISTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL CODE, OR THE CORRESPONDING SECTION OF ANY FUTURE FEDERAL TAX CODE AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH IDAHO CODE, TITLE 30, CHAPTERS 21 & 30 AS A NONPROFIT CORPORATION.THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS THE RESTORATION AND EXHIBITION OF AGRICULTURAL, LOGGING, MINING, AND RAILROAD EQUIPMENT OF BY-GONE YEARS AS WELL AS SHARE THEIR EXPERTISE AND TIME FOR ASSISTANCE WITH COMMUNITY EVENTS. TO EDUCATE, ENCOURAGE AND ASSIST YOUNG PEOPLE TO PARTICIPATE IN PRESERVING THE RICH HERITAGE OF ANTIQUE EQUIPMENT.
