TO EXPOSE TO, AND ASSIST WITH, YOUTH RAISING AND SELLING LIVESTOCK. THE PROGRAM PROVIDES A MEANS, IN THE FORM OF AN AUCTION, FOR SALE OF THE YOUTH-RAISED ANIMALS.
