PROVIDE EQUESTRIAN FACILITIES AND PROGRAMS APPROPRIATE TO TEACH SKILLS TO YOUTH AND TO MAINTAIN POSTIVE CONNECTIONS AMONG THE COMMUNITY, THE FOUNDATION AND ITS TARGETED YOUTH AND TO CARRY ON OTHER CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS GOAL.
