Mission Statement

THE ORGANIZATION'S PURPOSE IS TO DISTRIBUTE, SUPPLY, AND DELIVER WATER FOR DOMESTIC AND FIRE PROCETECTION PURPOSES TO IT'S MEMBERS AT ACTUAL COST PLUS EXPENSES. WATER SHOULD BE SOLD, DISRIBUTED, SUPPLIED, OR DELIVERED TO ALL MEMBERS AND ONLY TO MEMBERS. THIS ORGANIZATION SHALL BE AUTHORIZED TO DO WHATEVER DEEMED NECESSARY, CONDUCTIVE, INCIDENTAL OR ADVISABLE TO ACCOMPLISH AND PROMOTE THE FOREGOING PURPOSES.
