THE FUNCTION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE MEMBERS WITH REPRESENTATION IN MANAGEMENT LABOR NEGOTIATIONS. ALL MEMBERS ARE BENEFITED. BENEFITS INCLUDE: REPRESENTATION, GROUP MEETINGS AND TRAINING SUPPORT.
