Mission Statement

Paso del Norte Health Information Exchange exists to promote the health of El Paso County and surrounding communities by facilitating the creation and operation of a health information exchange. The central activity of the organization is to exchange secure health data between health care providers and consumers. The organization intends to increase access to care, quality of care, and efficiency in providing care, including for uninsured individuals.
