Mission Statement

The Wright Center for Patient and Community Engagement (TWCPCE) a Pennsylvania 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit corporation. The mission of TWCPCE is to empower and engage patients in promoting the health and welfare of our communities while advancing the outcomes and experience of health care and related services and workforce development. It aims to improve community health through education, advocacy, patient-centered services, and targeted initiatives that address patient and community resource needs that negatively impact health outcomes. TWCPCE analyzes de-identified patient data and reviews local, regional, and national community health needs assessments and health indicators to ensure that its outreach activities and programs are strategically aligned with TWCCH's mission to address the most pressing non-medical needs and challenges of patients, families, and the communities TWCCH serves.
