To operate exclusively to protect its members from all forms of injustice; to secure just compensation for the services of its members and equitable settlement of grievances of its members; to promote the establishment of just and reasonable working conditions for its members and strive constantly for their improvement; to protect and promote the interests of the employees of the Pattonville Fire Protection district through collective bargaining; and to improve efficiency of its members in the fullfillment of their occupation.
