Mission Statement

The organization maintains a network to provide a range of services to reduce the impact of overpopulation of cats in East Contra Costa County. These services include spay/neuter assistance for pet cats, Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) for community cats, and taking kittens off the streets and placing them into the organization's foster kitten program, in order to prepare them for adoption.
