PSSS ENABLES OLDER ADULTS TO "AGE IN PLACE AND LIVE INDEPENDENTLY IN THEIR OWN HOMES. WE BELIEVE ALL PEOPLE CAN BE INSPIRED TO ACHIEVE MORE THAN THEY DREAM WHEN SUPPORTED BY ON-SITE SOCIAL SERVICE AND HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS IN A STIMULATING ENBIROMENT OF INNOVATIVE CULTURAL AND RECREATION PROGRAMS.
