PROVIDING GRANTS TO OTHER CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS THAT CONDUCT PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE NEW MOTOR VEHICLE INDUSTRY, PAA MEMBERS AND EMPLOYEES OF PAA MEMBERS.3. PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AND SCHOLARSHIPS TO THE FAMILIES OF THOSE WHO ARE EMPLOYED IN THE NEW RETAIL MOTOR VEHICLE INDUSTRY IN PENNSYLVANIA, AND ELSEWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES.
