PCQPAC'S MISSION IS TO REPRESENT ITS HIGH QUALITY POST-ACUTE CARE PROVIDERS/MEMBERS IN CONTRACTING WITH MANAGEMENT CARE ORGANIZATIONS AND TO ENSURE THAT PROVIDERS ARE RECEIVING SUSTAINABLE FUTURE REIMBURSEMENT RATES.
