IN ADDITION TO PROVIDING HOUSING, THE CORPORATION OFFERS FINANCIAL COUNSELING SERVICES AND LOW INTEREST HOME IMPROVEMENT LOANS TO QUALIFYING PARTICIPANTS IN ADAMS COUNTY.
