People Power and Light (PPL) is an organization dedicated to developing a healthy and vibrant economy in Louisiana, particularly in those areas devastated by the petrochemical industry. The primary purpose of PPL is to engage with people at the local level on matters of pollution, environmental justice and civil rights.
