Mission Statement

PWC serves a racially and socio-economically diverse group of over 200 at risk youth throughout the year. The mission of the organization is to empower at risk youth to make them productive citizens, by promoting educational and vocational opportunities and by providing training, support and other tools that they need to overcome challenging circumstances.
