Mission Statement

Peoples Community Center is a grant-funded community development corporation whose mission is to nurture greater life possibilities for residents of downtown Dover who have been adversely affected by poverty violence crime or addiction. We include the Center for Children and Youth Center for Transitioning Veterans Center for Neighbors in Need and Center for Community Health.
