The organization will provide 1) educational and training resources, 2) professional coaching, and 3) personal development and counseling services and 4) trauma and crisis intervention for international professionals in the peacebuilding field, that is, to individuals across various vocations and professions in varying arenas of humitarian aid, international development and global conflict resolution. 100% of the organization's time and resources will be devoted to this activity.
