Mission Statement

THE PURPOSE OF THE PTCNC IS TO MAINTAIN AND DEVELOP THE COLLECTIVE NEGOTIATIONS POLICIES AND TO SERVE AS THE BARGAINING REPRESENTATIVE FOR NEGOTIATIONS FOR ALL MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING ENGAGED IN COLLECTIVE BARGAINING RELATIONSHIPS AND TO ENFORCE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT THROUGH CONTRACTUAL GRIEVANCES AND DISCIPLINARY GRIEVANCES WHEN APPLICABLE.
