Benchmark Employee Compensation

Mission Statement

All contributions will used to organize and promote a women's conference focused on empowering Filipina attorneys and aspiring attorneys (i.e. women attorneys of Filipino heritage) as leaders in the legal profession. The contributions received in 2018 and 2019 will be used to organize and promote the conference which has been named "Pinay Powerhouse III" which will be held in Honolulu, HI from March 29, 2019 through March 31, 2019 in Honolulu, Hawaii. There were approximately 80 conference attendees, over 150 people participated in conference events including speakers and Hawaii Filipino attorneys. The contributions received in 2019 onward will be used to provide scholarships and support for Hawaii women law students and attorneys to attend women's conferences held across the nation that focus on leadership and empowerment in the legal profession. Contributions will be used to pay for, in full or in part, registration fees for Hawaii scholarship applicants, conference sponsorship, etc.
