Mission Statement

PING YUEN RESIDENTS IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION (PYRIA) CARRIED OUT PROGRAMS TO DEVELOP RESIDENT INVOLVEMENT AND BUILD COMMUNICATION STRUCTURE, INCLUDING PUBLISHING RESIDENT ASSOCIATION NEWSLETTERS AND ACTIVITIES, ELECTION OFBOARD MEMBERS, WORKING WITH RESIDENTS AND MANAGEMENT TO IMPROVE THE LIVING CONDITIONS FOR RESIDENTS AND ADDRESS SAFETY AND MAINTENANCE CONCERNS. WE SERVED ALL RESIDENTS AT PING YUEN AND PING YUEN NORTHHOUSING, A TOTAL OF 950+ RESIDENTS.WE ALSO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN RELATIONS WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS AND GROUPS IN THE CITY AREA THROUGH ACTIVE PARTICIPATION AND COLLABORATION.
