THIS SURPLUS FUNDS DEFICIT BUDGETS IN THE OFF YEARS. NPE: THE PLASTICS SHOW PROVIDES A GLOBAL PLATFORM FOR INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE AND TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION TO TRANSFORM THE ADVANCEMENTS OF TOMORROW.
