Mission Statement

PolitiCraft, Inc. works to give voice to all people by promoting civility, engaging individuals, developing leadership and connecting communities using PolitiCraft, an immersive role-playing platform that transforms traditional civics learning by developing students' social-emotional aptitudes, literacy skills, systems thinking, and design learning skills. Alignment with the C3 Framework (College, Career, and Civic life) of the National Council for Social Studies ensures we meet school standards in the classroom. PolitiCraft guides players through varying levels of civic engagement, informing them of ways to participate and immediately achieve change in their communities. Players engage in conversations over questions facing their communities, exposing divergent perspectives, while fostering empathy and understanding. The game integrates key tools for engaging in civil discourse, like collaboration, active listening, negotiating, compromising, and building partnerships.
