THE PORTS-TO-PLAINS TRADE CORRIDOR IS A GRASSROOTS ALLIANCE OF COMMUNITIES AND BUSINESSES WHOSE MISSION IS TO ADVOCATE FOR A ROBUST INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORTATION INFRASTRUCTURE TO PROMOTE ECONOMIC SECURITY AND PROSPERITY THROUGHOUT NORTH AMERICA'S ENERGY AND AGRICULTURAL HEARTLAND INCLUDING MEXICO TO CANADA.
