THE POST THRIFT SHOP SHALL DISPERSE PROFITS FROM THE POST THRIFT SHOP MINUS OPERATING COSTS AND BUDGETARY NEEDS TO THE FORT MEADE SPOUSES'S CLUB (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS FMSC), FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE ENLISTED SPOUSES' CLUB (ESC), FORT GEORGE G. MEADE MARYLAND. C. THE FMSC WILL USE MONIES TO FUND SCHOLARSHIPS FOR MILITARY DEPENDENTS, GRANTS FOR OUTREACH AND COMMUNITY PROJECTS DEEMED APPROPRIATE BY THE FMCS AND OTHER CAUSES/ORGANIZATIONS TO HELP FORT MEADE, MARYLAND, AND THE MILITARY COMMUNITY.
