TO PROVIDE AND PROMOTE A YEAR-ROUND PROGRAM OF SUPERVISED SPORTS ACTIVITIES, AS NEEDED, FOR ALL ELIGIBLE BOYS AND GIRLS WITHIN THE POTTSBORO TEXAS AREA.
