Mission Statement

Mission To provide rural development low rent apartments. Also, partners with units of local government/the public health dept./ and a critical access hospital to operate a 48 unit assisted living/memory care community. The facility provides our seniors with affordable option to age within our county, combat the leading cause of death in the county (Alzheimers) and improves access to healthcare (integrated rural health clinic.)
