SOCIAL SERVICES - HELPS INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN CRISIS BY PROVIDING EMERGENCY FOOD AND CLOTHING ASSISTANCE, BABY FORMULA, USDA COMMODITIES, RENT AND UTILITY SUPPORT.
