Mission Statement

Manage Security Police under a Public Improvement District in agreement with the City of Dallas. Funding is mainly from Dallas originating as part of property tax payments by Prestonwood Homeowners. The Budget is controlled by the City of Dallas and is audited annually. In addition the PHA provides communication, holds small events, encourages safety and community security actions.
