THE ORGANIZATIONS PURPOSE IS TO FACILITATE THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE FOR RETAIL AND WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTION OF HIGHER BLENDS OF A CLEANER, RENEWABLE FUEL TO BENEFIT THE ENVIRONMENT, ECONOMY, AND ENERGY SECURITY OF THE UNITED STATES.
