Mission Statement

To provide a temporary health care safety net for individuals in need while educating and empowering them to manage their own health, always respecting the dignity of each person we serve. Financial support is offered for medications, bus tickets, dental care and vision care. We connect with various senior centers in the urban core of Cleveland and assist the low income elderly with their health and safety issues. Consistency in support and education is our goal and we reach pout to the community to ensure our residents are have the education and tools to keep them safe and healthy.
