THROUGHOUT THE YEAR PROJECT NOELLE VOLUNTEERS ORGANIZE MANY UNIQUE COMMUNITY EVENTS TO HELP ALLEVIATE SOME OF THE FINANCIAL HARDSHIPS CARETAKERS ENDURE BY PROVIDING ITEMS SUCH AS: EMERGENCY CLOTHING AND DIAPERS, EASTER BASKETS AND CHRISTMAS GIFTS, JUST TO NAME A FEW.
