Mission Statement

TO PROVIDE HOUSING FOR VERY LOW INCOME ELDERLY RESIDENTS IN IDAHO SPRINGS, COLORADO. FIFTEEN APARTMENTS ARE RENTED TO QUALIFYING INDIVIDUALS AND A SIXTEENTH APARTMENT IS AVAILABLE FOR A RESIDENT/EMPLOYEE. THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES UNDER A REGULATORY AGREEMENT WITH U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HUD THAT PROVIDES FINANCIAL SUBSIDIES AND RESTRICTS OPERATIONS.
