THIS BEGAN WITH ISSUE ONE, WHICH WAS A PROPOSED AMENDMENT ON THE 2018 BALLOT THAT PURPORTED TO LIMIT ATTORNEY FEES AND PUNITIVE/NON-ECONOMIC DAMAGES AWARDED TO CLAIMANTS IN PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR WRONGFUL DEATH LAWSUITS. PROTECT AR FAMILIES IS CONTINUING THE FIGHT AGAINST SIMILAR ISSUES ARISING ON UPCOMING BALLOTS.
