TO REBUILD SOLID AND BASIC HOUSES IN THE BARRIO IN ORDER TO PROVIDE THE RECIPIENTS A FOUNDATION FOR IMPROVING THEIR LIVES AND A SENSE OF OWNERSHIP. TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AND SUPPORT FOR THE YOUNG ADULTS OF THE BARRIO. AND TO PROVIDE FOOD AND MEDICAL ASSISTANCE TO THE RESIDENTS OF THE BARRIO.
