Mission Statement

The Sem Elementary Parent Teacher Association (PTA) Organization's Primary should be exempt because it operates exclusively as a nonprofit entity focused on supporting educational development and student enrichment at Sem Elementary School. As a volunteer-driven organization, the PTA promotes collaboration between parents, teachers, and school staff to enhance the learning environment through fundraising, community-building events, and academic support initiatives. All funds raised are used directly for the benefit of students, classrooms, and school programs, with no profit motive or private gain involved. Because its mission aligns with public educational purposes and charitable objectives, and it does not engage in commercial activities, the organization qualifies for exemption under applicable nonprofit and educational institution guidelines. Community also being one of our key focuses.
