TO PROVIDE RECOVERY AND RELIEF ASSISTANCE FOR RESIDENTS OF THE AT LARGE LOS CABOS COMMUNITY OF MEXICO (THE GREATER LOS CABOS COMMUNITY) THAT ARE AFFECTED, EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, BY THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC OR WHO MAY BE AFFECTED BY OTHER DISASTERS, STORMS OR OTHER UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES.
