Mission Statement

To buy, accept as gift, and/or hold the rights in and to the family burial cemetary of Willaim Norvell, who died October 27, 1823, and of his family and heirs and any easements and rights of ways appurtenant thereto, located in the City of Lynchburg, Virginia, to maintain said cemetary;to pay the ordinary and necessary expenses of operating, maintaining, and improving the cemetary; and/or to create a fund that will provide a source of income for perpetual care of the cemetary or a reasonable reserve for any ordinary and necessary purposes of the cemetary as a whole.
