HAVE PLAYERS FROM THE ENTIRE SE POLK DISTRICT PLAYING BASEBALL FOR A UNIFIED ORGANIZATION.4. GET PLAYERS WORKING WITH HIGH SCHOOL COACHES IN ORDER FOR THEM TO LEARN BASEBALL IN A CONSISTENT MANNER FROM AGE 7 UP.5. PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR PRACTICE AND GAMES THAT WILL ALLOW THE COACHES TO SPEND MORE TIME COACHING AND LESS TIME WORRYING ABOUT FIELD CONDITIONS AND AVAILABILITY.
