TO RAISE MONEY FOR A FUND TO BE PAID OUT TO EMPLOYEES OF THE RANDALL COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE IN THE EVENT AN EMPLOYEE ENCOUNTERS A CATASTROPHIC FINANCIAL CRISIS THAT REQUIRES TEMPORARY, EMERGENCY FUNDS.
