EARLY INTERVENTION PREVENTS READING DIFFICULTIES FROM BECOMING BARRIERS TO FUTURE SUCCESS, WHILE TEENS HAVE A POSITIVE DIRECT IMPACT ON THE LIVES OF CHILDREN IN THEIR COMMUNITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL SERVICE AND JOBS.
