REBUILD UPSTATE EXISTS TO REPAIR THE EXISTING HOMES OF DISABLED, LOW-INCOME AND ELDERLY HOMEOWNERS, PRESERVING AFFORDABLE HOUSING IN ITS COMMUNITIES BY MAKING HOUSES SAFER, HEALTHIER, AND MORE LIVABLE.
