Mission Statement

Refoundry provides formerly incarcerated people with the skills and opportunity to achieve financial independence and become job creators, disrupting the forces that drive mass incarceration and generational poverty. Refoundry Maker Training program teaches high-level crafts skills, creates career pathways, and supports entrepreneurship. Refoundry Makers learn to repurpose discarded materials into home furnishings, sell their own products, and start their own businesses.
