Mission Statement

REGINA MANOR APARTMENTS, INC WAS FORMED ORIGINALLY TO PROVIDE LOW INCOME HOUSING ON A NON-PROFIT BASIS FOR LOW AND MODERATE INCOME FAMILIES DISPLACED BY URBAN RENEWAL ACTION. IT SUBSEQUENTLY SOLD ITS ASSETS TO ANOTHER ENTITY WHICH PROVIDES THE HOUSING DESCRIBED ABOVE, AND THIS ENTITY NOW HOLDS DEBT USED TO FINANCE THAT FUNCTION.
