OUR OBJECTIVE IS TO USE THESE LOANS TO INCREASE THE EMPLOYMENT BASE IN THE AREA. IN ADDITION, WE ALSO PROVIDED FORGIVABLE LOANS TO BUSINESSES IN WAPELLO COUNTY, THESE FORGIVABLE LOANS ARE MADE IN ORDER TO INCREASE BUSINESS AND EMPLOYMENT IN THE AREA.
