TO SUPPORT THE CAMBRIDGE HOUSING AUTHORITY AND ITS AFFILIATES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF PHYSICAL, ECONOMIC, SOCIAL AND CULTURAL REVITILIZATION OF THE CAMBRIDGE AREA AND TO IDENTIFY AND ADDRESS THE NEEDS OF CAMBRIDGE RESIDENTS WITH A FOCUS ON EDUCATION, JOB TRAINING AND PLACEMENT, HOUSING STABILITY, HEALTH AND WELLNESS, AND OTHER COMMUNITY SOCIAL SERVICES.
