Mission Statement

The primary exempt purpose of the organization is to address the spiritual, physical and psychosocial needs of at-risk inner-city youth and their families in the Norfolk, Virginia area. This is accomplished through assistance to about 25 youths and their families in the form of worship, education, life skills programs, individual assistance, meals, recreational activities and help with emergency expenses.
