Benchmark Employee Compensation

Mission Statement

All expenditures are for the sole purpose of support for the International Family Home in Arequipa, Peru for orphaned and court appointed children. Expenditures in Peru include staff salaries, food, clothing, medical and education. Included also are all utilities to run the home. A new apartment has been added in 2024 for the college and trade school girls over 18 years of age. We also have two paid for mini busses that are part of our annual expenses.
