THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO SUPPORT CLINICAL LABORATORIES THROUGH THE CONDUCT, MANAGEMENT, SPONSORSHIP, AND COORDINATION OF RESEARCH AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES FOR THE BETTERMENT OF LABORATORY TESTING SERVICES, AND TO PROMOTE AND SAFEGUARD PUBLIC HEALTH, OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND THE ENVIRONMENT RESULTING IN THE PROVISION OF HIGH-QUALITY HEALTH CARE SERVICES.
