Mission Statement

RGV Performing Arts is a nonprofit Arts organization dedicated to fostering artistic expression, teamwork, and personal growth through the dynamic art of color guard performance. As the only independent winter guard in South Texas within a 200-mile radius, we provide a vital creative outlet for performers of all backgrounds, offering high-quality training, competitive opportunities, and community engagement. Our mission is to cultivate excellence in movement, dance, and equipment technique while promoting discipline, confidence, and leadership in our members. Through competitions, performances, workshops, and outreach, we aim to elevate the visibility of the color guard activity in our region and inspire the next generation of performers.
